Return Policy / Refunds
Shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order or you have placed an incorrect order your will receive a full refund minus the shipping charges.
If an incorrect order is due to an error by Pet Health Products, we will happily offer a full refund, including shipping charges.
Pet Health Products will accept all returns and exchanges unless the product is opened or damaged. Items should be returned by mail, and sufficiently packaged to ensure damage does not occur during transit.
Customers should send the returned items to the address on the back of the postpack.
The time limit for the return of items is 30 days.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Customers should allow 10 to 14 days for returns to be processed.
An email will be issued to the customer once the refund has been processed.
Pet Health Products accepts orders from anywhere in the world.
Pet Health Products will ship products to any country.
Customers should allow 1 to 2 days for orders to be processed, and a furher 10 to 14 days for goods to be shipped.
Ordered items are delivered by post.

This includes information that we collect and record, which reasonably could be used to identify you.
We do not disclose or sell your personal information to third parties except if required by law.
Information given to us on our registration forms, e-mail or by telephone is used for processing orders. Our company only in the event of clarifying orders or confirming details uses contact information.
Financial information collected is used to bill the visitor for products and services only. All credit card transactions are completely secured.
We store personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper based files and other records. We have taken a number of steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorized access.
We take reasonable steps to securely destroy personal and financial information when it is no longer required.
